The STEM Living Learning Community at Saint Mary’s College strives to empower residents to excel in their academic, leadership and engagement on campus through providing meaningful programs, peer mentorship and academic support.
The mission is rooted in fostering a supportive residential environment that enhances the overall STEM-specific academic experience that prepares residents for their future in their respective STEM pursuits.

- Room Type: Double rooms with community bathrooms
- During the 1940s, when Saint Mary's hosted the Navy Pre-flight school, civilian students called Assumption Hall home.
- Located across from Galileo Hall
- Assumption is home to around 90 students
Meet the STEM LLC Peer Mentors

Kaelyn is a junior Physics major! A fun fact is that her favorite animal is a cat and this past summer she took in a feral kitten. She is excited about the STEM LLC because it allows her to meet other students in STEM and get more involved with the SMC community.

LaReina is a senior double majoring in Chemistry and History. A fun fact about her is that she loves to bake from scratch during holidays. LaReina is excited about the STEM LLC because it is a great place to relax, study, and ask questions!
