What a thrilling start to Club Sports Days on campus! On March 9, the Women’s Lacrosse team went head-to-head with conference rival San Jose State University in a nail-biting match. In the final minutes of regulation play, with the Spartans holding a slim two goal lead, the Gaels rallied back, scoring the tying goal as the clock wound down. The excitement only intensified in overtime when the Gaels seized an opportunity, causing a turnover and swiftly capitalizing on it. Gabi Laguero ’27 delivered the winning shot, sealing a memorable victory for the team.
