Bio: Phuong Anh Nguyen is Chair and Associate Professor in the Business Analytics Department in the School of Economics and Business Administration at ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. She joined SMC in July 2012. Her current research interests are in Continuous Improvement, Lean Production, Quality Management, Innovation and Creativity, Global and Sustainable Operations Management, Operations in the Gig-Economy. 

Education: Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; M.B.A. from the California State University, East Bay; B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California at Berkeley
