Professional Overview
Dr. Steve Del Chiaro has been teaching psychology courses since 2004, starting at San Jose State University. He has also had the pleasure of teaching at other institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area, such as Foothill College, the University of Palo Alto, Holy Names University, and Santa Clara University. He served as the Chair of the undergraduate psychology department at John F. Kennedy University for 11 years. Outside of Academia, he works with clients, mostly Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Department, where he provides psychological services, and he consults with different organizations to improve the employee experience. He is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, born and raised on the peninsula.
