David Bui
Professional Overview
Professor Long Thai (David) Bui holds a Ph.D. in Accounting, M.S in Information Systems, M.S in Accounting from the University of Texas, Arlington, and BBA in Finance from James Madison University. Dr. Bui is a professor in the Accounting Department in the School of Economics and Business Administration at Saint Mary's College of California.
His research interests include the role of accounting information in corporate governance, supply chain management and contracting, the application of advanced data analytics such as machine learning, social network analysis, natural language processing in analyzing corporate strategies. He teaches Accounting Information Systems, Accounting Analytics, Auditing, Financial and Managerial Accounting.
