This class is heavily based in choreographed synchronized drills that align with House and Techno beats, both to original mixes and remixes of popular songs. This class is designed to transform the spin studio into a night club, where everyone can come to dance, let loose, and enjoy the cardio experience. Your sole job is to simply move your feet and see where the rhythm takes you.
Meet our Instructor: Ben has been teaching cycle for 5+ years, since his days as a PhD student. Now as a professor of interpersonal communication, a raver, and an extrovert, he's driven by both teaching and bringing people together to appreciate and get lost in the beats and rhythms of EDM music. His primary goal is to cultivate an energized, committed community of riders who all come together each week to simply have fun, and break a sweat while doing it. Ben emphasizes constant communication to his riders with what they are about to do and how to do the move, all while counting each set to the BPM so that way each rider is always prepared for what is to come.
