Join us for a transformative experience where we dive deep into the rich history and origins of cacao - the purest form of chocolate!
You鈥檒l learn about its sacred roots and the journey from bean to cup, with a special focus on theobroma cacao from Ecuador. Together, we鈥檒l savor the unique flavors of this ancient drink, while engaging in breathwork and journaling practices designed to help you reflect on the theme of the 鈥渓ove well鈥 week. Through these mindful practices, we鈥檒l explore how to cultivate more love, peace, and presence in our lives.
