One of the signature programs during Lasallian Heritage Days is Academic Convocation. The Academic Convocation is scheduled this year  for Wednesday, April 30, at 1:30 p.m. in the Saint Mary’s Chapel. Please save the date and mark your calendars!

We are excited to celebrate Dr. Carole Swain, Professor Emerita of Saint Mary’s College, as our honoree this year. This is the first time someone from Saint Mary’s has been selected. For her inspiring and collegial work at Saint Mary’s as well as her involvement in national and international Lasallian initiatives, Carole will receive an honorary doctorate from Saint Mary’s and deliver an address on our Heritage Days theme. Additionally, this year's Outstanding Lasallian Educators will be honored during Convocation. This year's honorees are Professor Steven Cortright and Ms. Sally Jamison. 

A reception in the Moraga Room of the Soda Center will be held following Convocation. Please join us!
