Reunion FAQs
When is Reunion Weekend?
July 18-20, 2025. Can't wait!
When will registration open?
Registration will open in March with early bird pricing until May 1. Standard pricing begins May 1.
Townhouse registration will close when occupancy is filled. Registration for other ticketed events will remain open; tickets can be purchased day-of.
How should I dress for Reunion Weekend?
The dress code for the weekend is resort casual.
Saturday's dinner will be outside on the Chapel lawn for most classes. We recommend wearing grass-friendly shoes and preparing for Moraga's unpredictable microclimate, where it's not uncommon to be foggy and chilly on summer evenings.
Do I need a permit to park on campus? Where do I park?
No, you will not need a permit to park on campus during Reunion Weekend. Simply follow parking direction signs around campus.
Where do I check in on campus?
The check-In location will be announced closer to Reunion Weekend. All registered guests will receive check-in information by email the week of Reunion.
Are there kid-friendly events?

Yes! There are kid- and family-friendly activities on Saturday, including the Family BBQ Lunch and Children's Storytime in the Mission and Ministry Center, as well as the Campus Tour and Hike to the Cross.
Friday's Townhouse Welcome Dinner and Saturday's Reunion Dinners are not suitable for children. Saint Mary's is not able to provide childcare options.
Are special services/accommodations available for people with disabilities?
ADA parking is available on campus. Check-in at the Campus Safety kiosk at the front gate for more information. If you have a disability that requires reasonable accommodation, please call the Alumni Office at 925.631.4200 at least one week prior to the event.
What if my plans change and I need to cancel my registration?
We sincerely hope that does not happen, but if it does, please call the Alumni Office at 925.631.4200 in a timely manner so we can process your cancellation.
If you need to make an adjustment to your registration, such as adding an additional ticketed event, please sign up again. You will only need to select the additional event. All of your registration submissions will be combined.

Will the campus bookstore and library be open?
Yes, please check back for hours of availability.
Will wifi be available on campus?
Yes. Search for "SMC Guest" and follow the login instructions to connect.
Can I stay at a local hotel?
Yes, you may. However, there are no partnerships or group rates with local hotels.
What is provided for my stay in the Townhouses?
Basic supplies are provided in the townhouses: hand soap, one towel per person, one pillow per bed, a set of sheets, and one blanket. Please bring whatever else you may need to feel comfortable!
