FROM THE BOARDROOM TO THE CLASSROOM
Students work directly with industry experts and practitioners in all key areas of business innovation, leadership, creativity, ethics, and law. In addition to building up skillsets that are directly transferable to your career, we focus on developing the high-level, decision-making required to meet the social demands placed on businesses in today’s world.

A DATA-DRIVEN APPROACH TO THE COMMON GOOD
Unlike other minors, “purpose” is central to the Management & Leadership program. The Management and Leadership minor introduces students to concepts that allow them to understand how organizations can be led for more than just profitability but can also be good for employees and communities as well as having less impact on the environment.
