We offer various open enrollment learning events throughout the year.
Managerial Coaching
April 30, 2021 - May 21, 2021 | Friday Afternoons, 2:00pm - 4:00pm
This course is designed for managers and, organizational learning and development specialists, and anyone who is interested in incorporating coaching to enhance performance and to promote learning and development throughout the organization.
This course includes:
- Skill practice in each session
- Small group conversations
- Individualized Action Learning project
- Peer coaching
